How do I return or exchange products?

If for any reason a product does not meet your expectation and you feel that it is necessary to return them, please contact us immediately prior to returning your order for a "Sales Return Number". For items that are not required, ordered or received in error they must be returned unused and in a resalable condition. This means that it needs to be in its original packaging unmarked & undamaged, we advise putting the item(s) into an outer box or jiffy bag to avoid damage. We will collect where possible, however may ask you return the product to us, postage costs will not be covered. Any items returned to us without a returns reference number risk being processed without a credit.

We will only accept returns for not required items within 10 working days from date of delivery. As of 1st January 2020 all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to make a return outside of this time frame, please contact us to discuss restocking fees. Some items are subject to restocking fees, unfortunately all restocking fees are governed by our suppliers/manufacturers and are completely outside of our control. A restocking fee will either be applied to the original order that the item was from, may appear on a separate invoice or be deducted from any credits due to you.

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, call us immediately so that we can assist you with a repair or replacement. Warranties where applicable are with the manufacturers.

Damages & Returns must strictly be reported within (5) five working days from date of delivery.

Any items that are missing/short must be reported no later than the following day of delivery else will be automatically rejected.

We regret to advise that all "Special", "Bespoke" or "Custom made" orders are non cancellable and non returnable.

All returns are made at the discretion of DEOS Group. All goods remain the property of DEOS Group until paid for in full. We Regret that we are unable to accept returns for food items.


Why don't you offer a sample service on items other than paper / boards?

We don't offer a sample service because we do offer sale or return. If you would like a sample, simply order the item you require and return it within five working days, unused and in a resalable condition.
