What is the return and exchange policy?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to request a returns authorisation. Once your return has been accepted we will raise an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. For further information please refer to our Returns Policy

I have not received my order, what can I do?

If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international locations. International orders may take up to 10 - 14 business days for delivery (2 business days process + 8-12 business days in transit). Please refer the sales department on 023 8063 8641 for more information on shipping prices and delivery times

How do I change my order?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order's status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy.

Why are you charging me taxes on my order?

Tax rates are based on the shipped to address.

I have received confirmation that my order or part of my order is a "Specials". What does this mean?

A specials order or an item that is classed as a specials means that is a non stocked item and can take longer than expected to be delivered. Typical delivery times can range from 5 to 20 working days. Specials are non returnable unless faulty.

I require proof of delivery (POD)

Please refer to section 5 "Non- Delivery" of our Terms & Conditions. We will, at our discretion and when requested provide a proof of delivery for goods delivered within 30days.
