Here at DEOS Group we are hugely proud of the fact that we have completed nearly four decades of successful trading. Originally based solely in Southampton, we now also have new locations in London and Peterborough but, no matter where we operate from, we always keep an eye on the attention to detail and the customer satisfaction that gives us our excellent client retention rates.

Our staff are our ambassadors. In everything they do, they are representing DEOS Group so we repeat the mantra day in, day out: deliver excellence. In return for that service delivery we, in turn, deliver excellence to our colleagues, which probably explains why our average staff tenure is over 13 years with many over 25 and some now having served more than 30 years with us!

It's hard to leave when you are so well looked after and that explains why our clients stay with us too – the people that we look after so well then look after our clients to equally high levels. It's mutually beneficial: we look after them, they look after you. It's as simple as that.

A LITTLE OF OUR HISTORY

DEOS Group have been trading since 1978 and we are rightly proud of our successful trading history. The company was founded by David and Eileen Smith and remains in the family's ownership to this day. Since then we have become one of the south coast's largest office solutions providers, with four divisions covering office stationery, bespoke office design, environmentally friendly office products (The Green Office) and Managed Print Solutions.

CONTINUING PROGRESS

We are proud to boast that despite the current doom and gloom you will undoubtedly have witnessed in the press, our year end March 17 showed an increase in turnover of 30% upon the previous year. We have budgeted for a further 20% growth for this year to ensure that the growth remains manageable, while remaining challenging.

How have we achieved this? With a lot of hard work and commitment from our fantastic staff (the majority of whom have been with us for more than a decade), the considered approach of our management and the support of our valued partners. This combination has led to very high client retention rates in the high 90s percentage wise and new client wins month on month.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Attention to detail is paramount to what we do. From the minute you call DEOS Group you can be sure that you will hear a friendly voice that is willing to help you in every way. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not use call centres for reporting machine faults. You will call direct in to our technical department and be able to speak to a manufacturer-trained engineer who will try to assist you over the phone. Should the issue not be solved over the phone, then a service call will be logged and we guarantee to attend your site within the SLA guidelines as per your contract.
